   Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

   Razityah Hair accepts orders for delivery to locations where our shipping services are available.
   Available delivery destinations will be displayed during checkout or communicated by our customer service team.
   For locations not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

   If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, unreachable or has provided incorrect information, the courier may arrange another delivery attempt or return the package.
   Additional charges may apply where a redelivery is required.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
   If your package arrives visibly damaged, incomplete or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us as soon as possible.
   Where possible, retain the packaging and take photographs of the package and its contents to support an investigation.
   We will review the complaint and work towards an appropriate resolution.

    If you need to change your delivery address or order details, contact us immediately.
    We will try to accommodate reasonable requests before an order is dispatched. However, changes may not be possible once the package has been handed over to the delivery provider.
